Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this store and any purchase you make from it. By using the store you accept them.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can and publish their specifications. Where a figure has not yet been measured against a physical sample, we say so rather than estimate it.
4. Price and currency
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping, duties and import taxes unless the checkout states otherwise. A price change never affects an order we have already accepted.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline the order, for example if the item is unavailable, the price or description was clearly wrong, we cannot ship to your destination, or we suspect fraud. If we decline after taking payment, we refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
7. Delivery, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The TENON name, logo, product designs, photography, drawings and site content are owned by us or licensed to us. Buying a product does not transfer any intellectual property in it.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the store unlawfully, to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, or to resell our products as your own brand without a written agreement.
10. Warranty and consumer rights
Products are supplied with the warranty stated in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Products are tools
Our products are supplied for their stated purpose. You are responsible for using them safely and within their published specification.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of a product.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier failure, customs action, natural events and interruption of manufacturing.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of Shenzhen have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection in your own country.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
